Individual energy training methods for rock climbing

1.Strength training 

Strength is a form of physical fitness, and strength training is a way of improving the strength, endurance and shape of individual muscles and the entire muscle group through a certain number of rhythmic exercises or groups. 

2. Speed training 

Speed quality refers to the ability to complete a certain movement in the shortest time. It mainly has three manifestations, namely reaction speed, movement speed and displacement speed. Speed racing is the most direct manifestation of speed in rock climbing. 

3. Endurance training 

Endurance quality refers to the ability of an organism to exercise for a long time. It can be divided into muscular endurance and cardiovascular endurance. In the three rock climbing competitions (rock climbing, difficulty, speed), there are endurance training. 

4. Coordination training 

Coordination ability refers to the coordination and interaction of different systems, organs, and parts of the body under the control of the central nervous system, so that the performance of movement techniques is coherent, reasonable and efficient. Coordination quality is an important foundation for other basic movements, and it can also reduce the probability of injury for fans.
