Installation guide for fingerboard
Location selection The location of the fingerboard needs to leave the necessary space for the body to lean forward, so it is usually installed on the upper edge of the door frame or bay window. More front space can be used to train L-Hang or front level exercises, while ample space on both sides can provide more possibilities for training side abdominal muscles. installation Fixed installation Wooden wall:
Tools: self-tapping screws, screw drivers Installation method: directly use self-tapping screws to fix the fingerboard on the wall.
Concrete wall(bearing wall):
Tools: expansion screw, electric drill, hammer, pencil installation method: Make sure that the installation location is not a hollow wall, and mark the holes for the installation screws with a pencil. Use an electric drill to drill holes in the marked position. The size of the drill bit must be the same as the sleeve of the expansion screw. Use a hammer to install the expansion screw sleeve into the punched hole. Finally, use screws to fix the fingerboard.
Packing and shipping

- Each hold is wrapped in bubble bag for protection.
